What This Service Is

Agents of Dev is a marketplace for AI tooling, including agents, MCP servers, custom commands, skills, and other automation tools. We provide a platform for developers to discover, share, and download these tools.

This service is operated by R and K Tech LLC, a Delaware company.

Your Responsibilities

• Review before use: Inspect any tool before using it in production
• Backup your work: Always have backups before running untested tools
• Test safely: Test tools in safe environments first
• Report issues: If you find malicious content, report it immediately via DM on Twitter/X (in-app reporting coming soon)
• Respect licenses: Check and follow the license for each tool you use

Sharing Tools

When you share tools on our platform:

• You must have the right to share the content
• You're responsible for the content you share
• Currently, all submissions must be MIT licensed
• You grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to host and distribute your content
• Other users may fork your agents - once forked, you don't control those versions
• Don't share malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• We may remove content that violates these terms

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or any tools
• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We're not responsible for data loss, lost profits, or any other losses
• This is a free service - you're using it at your own risk

Account Terms

• You must be 13 or older to use this service
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• One person per account
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You can delete your account at any time

Prohibited Uses

Don't use this service to:

• Share malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe on others' intellectual property
• Spam, harass, or abuse others
• Scrape or abuse the platform
• Impersonate others

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
